It was born from the desire of our close-knit group of WWII veterans to travel to The Netherlands for the 75th anniversary of the Dutch Liberation from Nazi occupation in 2020, but Covid derailed our plans. Our boys remained steadfast that we would go when it was safe to do so.

This all-volunteer non-profit organization strives to bring awareness and well deserved respect and options for a final resting place for our nation's honorably discharged veterans. A top priority is the enhancement and beautification of the northern most nationally recognized veterans cemetery in Maine-the Maine Veterans Cemetery-Caribou. Our goal is to work cooperatively with the State of Maine Bureau of Veterans Affairs, along with public, private and religious entities as well as professional organizations to advocate for veterans in matters relating to burial options for our most treasured veterans.
