Frequently the volunteer may be the only person the senior sees all day, providing human contact and a safety net, particularly for those seniors living alone. We serve San Diego County's diverse and growing senior population by providing healthy, well-balanced meal menus providing our seniors variety as well as choice while they receive the nutrition they need to stay healthy.
