Our Mission: Through Christian love and excellence we are dedicated to providing a fulfilling lifestyle and promoting independence to those we serve. In 1979, a handful of devoted Christians recognized an opportunity to minister to Arizona seniors (particularly those with little financial resources) by offering affordable nursing care. Realizing the need, they formed a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and named it Christian Care. In 1980, the cornerstone was laid for a sixty-bed Skilled Nursing Center.

SAME Café is a donation-based, fair exchange restaurant that serves healthy food to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. Our mission is to create community through healthy food access. We believe in healthy food, community, and dignity for everyone.

We nourish the bodies and spirits of the homebound with a balanced meal and the human connection they need to help them live independently

We partner with mission-driven people and organizations across Cook and Lake Counties to witness a message of mercy and hope to a world in need. We are called to serve and accompany anyone, regardless of their faith, gender, race, or ethnicity.

In Mecklenburg County, families living at or below the federal poverty line will likely remain in poverty their entire lives without intervention. Angels & Sparrows provides programs, connections, and resources so economically vulnerable families can experience a Fresh Start. We empower families to reach their potential by providing access to food security and educational opportunities that lead to a Fresh Start.

Angel Flight West delivers health and hope using donated flights to serve those with healthcare or other compelling human needs. In the air, Angel Flight West links volunteer pilots and commercial airlines with people whose non-emergency health needs require air transportation to access care. On the ground, volunteer drivers ferry passengers to and from their departure and destination airports.

VNA HEALTH PROVIDES HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE SERVICES TO PATIENTS IN SANTA BARBARA AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.

Meals on Wheels of Rockingham County provides nutritious meals and beneficial support services to older and disabled residents of Rockignham County who need assistance to help them preserve long term health, well-being, and independence.

Lake Sunapee Region Visiting Nurse Association Provides Comprehensive, High Quality Health Care Services, Within Its Financial Resources, To Support The Dignity And Independence Of Indiviuals And Families In Community Settings. Commitment To Innovation And Collaboration With Health Care Providers And Community Members Promotes A Supportive Work Environment That Enhances The Mission Of Excellence.
