Programs are small-group, guided trips with costs and adaptive needs covered through sponsors and donors.

Heroes Below runs cost-free underwater (confined-pool SCUBA) stress‑reduction and relaxation sessions for active duty military, veterans, and first responders in Central Texas. The program uses donated pool time, gear, and instructor support to provide a therapeutic “floating” diving experience aimed at reducing stress and PTSD symptoms while building skills, camaraderie, and confidence.
