Our mission is to co-create and strengthen initiatives for sustainable development in Cundinamarca (Colombia), focusing on vulnerable rural communities. We focus our efforts on addressing critical challenges such as climate change, agricultural productivity, social integration, and educational and employment opportunities, with special attention to women, youth, and people with disabilities. We do this through comprehensive and participatory solutions that promote equity, inclusion, climate change adaptation and mitigation, and rural development, considering environmental, economic, social, and cultural aspects with a territorial, differential, and gender approach.

GNDR's mission is to strengthen the resilience of local communities most at risk - helping to prevent hazards from becoming disasters. To do this, we: - Inspire community-led action that's rooted in the needs and lived experiences of people on the frontline of disaster - Bring together over 1,900 civil society organisations (CSO) members, creating spaces where people can listen, learn and work together to create a safer, more resilient world - Amplify local voices at national, regional and international levels, ensuring their perspectives shape the policies that affect their lives

The German Red Cross co-operates with other national Red Cross/ Red Crescent societies, the International Federation of Red Cross/ Red Crescent Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross in numerous missions concerning: - Emergency Response (including quick assignment of pre-trained personnel and pre-packaged material, provision of relief materials, donations and contributions in cash and in kind to partner organizations) - Rehabilitation after disasters (Reconstruction of houses, medical facilities, and livelihood after disasters) - Development projects with focus on Disaster Risk Reduction / Climate Change Adaptation, Water and Sanitation, Basic Health Care, Livelihood and Capacity Building within Partner Red Cross/Red Crescent Societies and communities.

DTI's mission is to save millions of lives by advancing organ donations and transplantation training. ------ OUR COMMITMENT 1. Raise organ donations around the world 2. Support regenerative medicine ----- AT DTI, we advise and support public and private international entities of the health sector in the creation, development and strengthening of networks, programs, services and / or research in donation and transplantation of organs, tissues and human cells, with the aim of improving the quality of life of the people.

The Habitat International Coalition (HIC) is the global network for rights related to habitat. Through solidarity, networking and support for social movements and organizations, HIC struggles for social justice, gender equality, and environmental sustainability, and works in the defense, promotion and realization of human rights related to housing and land in both rural and urban areas.

The Juan Pablo Gutierrez Caceres Foundation has been working since 2007 supporting Colombian graduate students that do not have the economic resources to pursue postgraduate studies. So far, 346 scholarships have been awarded to students that are positively transforming their personal, academic and working lives and supporting the development of their communities.The candidates' profile has been students interested in critical areas for Colombia's development, leadership and with limited economic resources to pursue postgraduate studies. A successful process starts with the selection of the right candidates where the Foundation ensures that the resources obtained by donations are properly used. We also have procedures and structures that follow the performance of students. We ensure that each scholarship awarded ends with a successful degree.
