Our outreach programs seek to build public resilience - the ability to weather hardship and adversity - that is so critical to a nation facing security challenges that range from natural disasters to outside aggression. We train citizens in community emergency response: how to self-help, treat those who are wounded, together and assist first responders, and be responsible for their immediate surroundings.
