Footprints 4 Sam has six key initiatives which support under-privileged children with life limiting and chronic conditions. All initiatives are aimed at offering these children and their families hope, love and dignity through sustainable and tangible initiatives.

This is supported by generous tuition scholarships which enable students to contribute towards their tuition at relative levels of affordability. TSIBA Business School's undergraduate students pay only what they can afford, removing any financial barriers to tertiary education. Return on investment since inception 2004 through our Business School includes over 7500 annual tuition fee scholarships awarded, over 4000 students directly impacted, a post-graduate employment rate of over 90%, eight Mandela Rhodes Scholars and three Kofi Annan Fellows. Our mission is to support rural organisations to bring about change in their communities, by providing services and initiating development programmes that will improve their circumstances. Our core business is capacity building through intensive training and ongoing mentoring, which has been achieved to date through support from both international and local donor partners.

To empower our members and other human rights organisations in promoting and protecting human rights, irrespective of people's sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and/or sex characteristics and to facilitate cooperation and solidarity among ILGA regions and members. 4. To promote the diversity and strengths of persons of diverse SOGIESC around the world.
