Save The Music Foundation (STM) is a leading 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to helping students, schools, and communities reach their full potential through the power of making music. Since 1997, STM has worked to address systemic inequities in music education by investing in culturally rich American communities - supporting music teachers and donating musical instruments, equipment and technology to public schools. Oceana, the world's largest international organization focused exclusively on ocean conservation, was founded in 2001 by a group of leading foundations concerned that although the oceans constitute over 70 percent of the earth's surface, an extremely small percentage of environmental funding was dedicated to protecting them.  Oceana's campaigns are designed to change that by forcing clear, identifiable policy changes with real "in the water" results, usually in three to five years. Our international campaigns in North America, Europe, Chile, and Belize are focused on the actions agreed on by scientists throughout the world as necessary to preserve and restore marine life: Protect seafloor habitat from destructive bottom trawling; Set and enforce reasonable catch limits for commercial fishing; Stop subsidizing overcapacity in commercial fishing fleets; Stop marine pollution, particularly carbon dioxide emissions that are making the oceans more acidic; Oceana sets annual goals toward achieving specific changes and holds itself strictly accountable to its Board, funders, and supporters.  Since inception, Oceana has achieved dramatic success in protecting the world's oceans in targeted, practical ways.

TAKE Resource Center is the only center that is Trans focused, Trans lead, and all of the staff members are Trans women of color here in Birmingham, Alabama.

Right now, there are hundreds of bills pending in state legislatures across the United States that target trans youth and aim to curb their rights. The impact of fighting these anti-trans bills and policies is felt all year by trans people, their families and loved ones. The organizations benefitting from this fund are 1) providing direct services to trans youth and 2) advocating for the rights of trans youth in the states that need it most. The mission of Zebra Coalition is to empower LGBTQ+ youth to thrive.

TransSOCIAL, Inc.'s mission is to expand safe and affirming resources for our Trans, gender expansive and Intersex community. We are Trans-led and provide direct services including legal name and gender marker change assistance, ID updates, affirming medical and mental health referrals, peer support groups and social events, and TLGBQ+ Cultural Sensitivity Training to businesses and organizations to help them create safe spaces for our community.

House of Tulip provides Trans and Gender Nonconforming communities in New Orleans, Louisiana with economic stability and safety through zero barrier, permanent housing, and pathways to education, healthcare, employment, and homeownership.

Lucie’s Place provides LGBTQ young adults experiencing homelessness in Central Arkansas with safe living environments, job training and counseling services in order to ensure lifelong stability and success, and works to promote equality and acceptance for LGBTQ young adults.

The TEP Foundation provides a variety of educational and organizing programming.

JASMYN supports the empowerment of LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults through leadership, advocacy, resources, and a safe and affirming community.

Equality Florida is the largest civil rights organization dedicated to securing full equality for Florida's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community.

While our focus is for LGBTQ+ individuals; which slightly makes us different overall, we also provide the community with intentional efforts to empower diverse intersecting identities within the LGBTQ+ community thru skill building, support and resources from all aspects of life, health and education. We pride ourselves in allowing the communities that we serve to determine the work that we are doing; not funding, in turn differentiating OSKC from mainstream organizations here in the KC metro area. Our Spot KC provides community enrichment and development programs and operates an LGBTQ specific housing program providing transitional and rapid re-housing services for those in need.
